Our rates are the same year-round.

All rates are per night, plus 8% tax and are for up to two people per room; please see below for available discounts. A full, multi-course country breakfast is included in all rates. There are five rooms to choose from at any given time.

We will require payment in full for all nights lodging. Your credit card on file will be charged when your reservation has been confirmed via telephone. Discounts will be applied at that time.

Log Spirit Bed and Breakfast is a pet free, smoke free establishment and is set up primarily for couples romantic escapes, however due to high demand for summer lodging near Silverwood Theme Park, we will allow 2 children,age 5 and older, only in either Autumn or Summer. We will provide mats with a linen pack for the children to be placed on the floor. There is a additional charge of $25.00 per child per day.

Senior Discount is 10% - 60 years old and older, please request when making reservation.

Military Discount is 10% for all active duty and Veterans in any room. Thank you for your Service.

First Responders Discount is 10% for all Police, Fire Dept, EMT's, Doctors and/or nurses - Thank you - we would not be safe without you.

ACCESSIBILITY

Please note that we have one fully accessible guest room (Spring) and the entire main floor is accessible. An electric wheelchair lift is provided at the main portico entry the weight capacity is 600 pounds.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Guests are responsible for payment in full, including taxes, for all nights for which they have confirmed reservations. If you must cancel for any reason up to 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund the payment less a $25 processing fee per room. Cancellations made after that date will forfeit the full amount paid; if we are able to re-book the same room(s) for the same night(s) at the same rate(s), we will refund the amount over your deposit to you, less the same processing fees.
